Roles and Responsibilities

We are actively looking for experienced Quality professionals to join our growing organization located at Pune (Wagholi and Lonikand location). Manager/ Executive - Quality Control
1) Analysis of RM (raw material), FG (finished goods), and PM (packaging material)
2) Preparation of Specification, STP (standard test procedure), MOA (method of analysis), and COA (certificate of analysis)
3) Should be having a good awareness of Change control, Investigation (RCA), CAPA, etc
4) Able to handle IPQA activities, BMPR, etc.
5) Training and Managing team, if in a managerial role
Sr. Executive/ Jr. Executive - IPQA (In-process Quality Assurance)
IPQA (In-process quality assurance), AQL (Acceptable quality level), Shopfloor rounds, Warehouse awareness, Batch record issuance review, ALCOA++, Line clearance, SAP, Dispatch activity, Training
Sr. Executive/ Executive - Quality Assurance
1) Vendor Qualification, Equipment Qualification and New document preparation
2) Engineering and Maintenance documentation review
3) Coordination in Calibration activities
4) Training activities tracking for all functions
Role: QA / QC Executive
