New Job Healthcare Recruitment Consultant (Uk) - Immediate Start !!! In Maharashtra

We are looking to add to our team and wish to meet with sales-focused, 360 Recruitment Consultants who have a strong Temporary recruitment background – ideally Healthcare but other sector experience is of interest. Working with NHS Frameworks and private organisations you will be handling current staffing demands plus prospecting for staff that are experienced and compliant to support them in coming to the UK (EXPECIALLY NURSES)

MAIN TASKS :

• Resourcing, interviewing and registering candidates, establishing their skill set and requirements and building up relationships
• Generating weekly GP through the successful placement of candidates
• Managing your monthly targets to achieve your uncapped commission bonus
• Carrying out the relevant right to work checks and compliance on new starters including referencing and identity checks
• Identifying and qualifying leads with private hospitals and care homes Advertising jobs on various job boards and managing candidate response
• Liaising with hiring managers at all levels and building a strong and professional working relationship
• Scheduling and booking shifts for your clients on a ad-hoc and/or contract basis
• Making sure all staff are compliant and following up with them after shifts etc

Working on Temp and Perm vacancies you will be placing Support Workers, Registered Nurses, Healthcare Assistantg.s, Care Home Managers etc.

CANDIDATE – Recruitment Consultant – Healthcare

• Strong sales, networking and client development abilities
• Great English sounding tone
• Previous experience as a billing Recruitment Consultant
• Strong commercial business acumen and a proven billing history
• A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career
• Excellent presentation and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
