New Job Travel Consultant In Delhi

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Contact real and potential clients for support and intermediation in the sale of airline tickets.

2. Provide information about valid company offers to real and potential customers.

3. Write and send emails to real and potential customers about valid company offers, needed for the support and intermediation in their marketing.

4. Update, use and complete the customer database with information and requirements on old/ new or potential clients in order to provide support and intermediation in the sale of airline tickets.

5. Promote the company products in order to provide support and intermediation in their marketing.

6. Inform the clients about all alternative solutions and available offers necessary to grant support and intermediation in their commercialization.

7. Take care of customers by providing them with commercial information in order to provide support and intermediation in marketing.

8. Help clients fully benefit from the company's services, in the context of providing support and intermediation in the marketing of airline tickets.

9. Answer phone calls and emails necessary to provide support and intermediation in the marketing of airline tickets.

10. Respond in a professional and timely manner to clients' complaints, questions and requests regarding available offers in order to grant support and intermediation in their commercialization.

11. Maintain good relations with the company clients necessary to provide support and intermediation in the marketing of airline tickets.

12. Execute any other provisions necessary for the realization of short-term strategies of the company within the limits of the legal basis, which are given by Sales Manager.

13.Ensure the operational data security.

14. Comply with internal policies regarding personal data protection

Skills Required:

• Experience in selling Travel Services Flights/Hotels/packages etc to US customers.
• Must have good knowledge of US Geography
• Good Command over Verbal and written English.
• Must be ok for 24*7 Shifts
• MUST have own system and broadband connection
