Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Job Summary: As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling
SkinInspired’s range of premium skincare products to dermatologists, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will act as a bridge between
SkinInspired and the healthcare community, ensuring that healthcare providers are well-informed about the products you represent.

Key Responsibilities:
● Product Promotion: Promote SkinInspired’s range of premium skincare products to dermatologists through scheduled visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
● Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the products you represent, including their features, benefits, ingredients and usage instructions.
● Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists by providing them with accurate information, answering their inquiries, and addressing their concerns.

● Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to provide valuable insights to the company and adapt your sales strategies accordingly.

● Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets and goals to contribute to the company's overall sales objectives.

● Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market intelligence. Generate regular reports to track progress and outcomes.

● Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry codes of conduct in the pharmaceutical and medical sales industry.

● Training and Education: Stay updated on new products, medical advancements, and industry developments through continuous training and education provided by the company.

● Territory Management: Effectively manage your assigned sales territory, including planning visits, optimising travel routes, and prioritising customer interactions.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree or higher.
● Proven experience of 5 or more years in dermatological sales is mandatory. Freshers should not apply.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
● Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
● Knowledge of dermatological terminology and industry practices.

● Familiarity with relevant software and technology for sales reporting and customer relationship management.

Working Conditions:
● Extensive travel within the assigned territory.
● The applicant should have a healthy network in the assigned territory.
● Adherence to a flexible work schedule, including occasional evening or weekend events.
● Remote or office-based work, depending on the company's policies and territory requirements.
● Industry leading compensation with a strong incentive plan to reward all your efforts..

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
