Skills & Competencies : -

• Experience desired in IATF & ISO
• Responsible for developing, planning and directing quality activities in support of the Company’s quality assurance operations and goals
• Ensuring that company standards are achieved and maintained with a targeted emphasis on continuous improvement
• Providing support, structure and documented formalized training for employees within the organization in all areas.
• Self-starter with the ability to motivate and lead subordinates and others.
• Skilled communication so as to convey information, ideas and policy to all levels within the organization.
• Promoting, Developing, and Overseeing compliance of the company quality system. Effectively assuring compliance of customer requirements by managing quality policies, standards, procedures, programs and practices while driving and facilitating continuous improvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities : -

• Quality related IATF & ISO documentation
• There is continuous improvement of Performance Deliverables & Efficiencies through continuous Process up-gradations.
• Document Control & Records Maintenance.
• Conduct of Management Review Meetings.
• Definition of new/modified Processes as requirements arises.
• Conduct Internal Audits as required.
• Coordinate External Audits as required.
• Coordinate & Timely closure of Audit Action points.
• Identify Adherence & Adequacy gaps as issues arise, from review meetings, from audits etc. and ensure system corrections for such gaps.
• Map Customer specific requirements; lay down processes & adherence for same.
• Oversight of Quality Department functioning.
• Customer Management for Quality System & Specific Quality Instances.
• Recording, maintaining & resolving NC & CAPA of in-house as well as Customer's initiated rejections
• Preparing PPAP documentation for all new products
• Attending Customer complaints and debriefing to all concerned staff & workers in prescribed MOM & CAPA
• Ensure quality inspections at different stages of production cycle's i.e. FPA, In-house in process inspection reports etc
• Training & Development of all concerned staff & workmen towards quality and out of quality issues
• Calibration of all instruments as per checklist and schedule
• Filling RM, WCP, FI, PPI etc reports regularly
• Cross checking hardness and torque values of products during production cycle
• Preparing SOP's and debriefing the same
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
