Job Summary: A Senior Immigration consultant is a responsible position which needs a balanced interactions with new customers to be acquired and also the existing customers of the company. The consultant should quickly absorb the nuisances of the Immigration domain and appear knowledgeable about the domain to the clients. Prowess has the most unique proposition of ensuring 80% chances for immigration and the Consultant is expected to fully understand the USP and position it to the clients accordingly. Sr Immigration consultant should develop thorough knowledge of company’s products, conduct the competition analysis and highlight the USP of the company with confidence and assertion.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Interact with the leads generated through various channels like Facebook, WhatsApp, Google ads and cold calling too to establish relationship
Develop strong customer relationship that will help customers register the company and its products
Interact with clients over zoom sessions to pitch the USP of the company and establish strong connection for follow up discussions
Take accountability of realizing payments to the company by create the FOMO in the clients and creating the push for decision making
Use the CRM to follow up all unreachable leads and make repeated attempts to communicate with the clients and convert the intent into potential business
Work on targets, develop strong pipeline of prospective clients and take accountability of realizing targets by end of the month
Take accountability of targets given and provide updates to management on revenue projections and strategy to reach the targets
Maintain strong client relationships with existing customers of the company and generate strong referral business through existing customers
Candidate requirements:
- Experience of 2-5 years in Sales
- Any Graduate
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in Hindi and English
- Understanding of Immigration processes and sales
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹420,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
