New Job Business Development Associate In Chhattisgarh

Your role will be as an individual contributor starting with contacting potential customers (parents and students) to set up meetings, counsel the students on Tutors Factory's unique way of learning, and convert them into premium subscribers in your designated areas. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pitch to the parents to take the Demo Classes
• Take counseling sessions and convert them
• Conduct counseling sessions for parents who take trial classes
• Identify the opportunities and convert the prospects into customers
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls
• Calling the leads assigned
• Update the database on a timely basis for the contacted prospects
• Timely follow-up with the prospects
• Maintain a detailed database with all the information about the prospects.
• Close the sale through a smart and strategic approach
• Promoting the company and its product/service.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Are from Pune or neighboring cities
• Have a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector.
• 1-3 years of sales or pre-sales experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Interested in mentoring and guiding students
• Fluent in English

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
