Job Overview:

The sales development representative's responsibilities include generating potential leads, soliciting potential customers, facilitating sales, and connecting customers with the right salesperson. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills, and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Sales Enablement software, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities
  • Respond, engage, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries
  • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Schedule appointments and demos with FA Leadership
  • Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email
  • Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts
  • Profile strategic accounts identifying key individuals, researching and obtaining business requirements and presenting solutions to start the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach
  • Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application

Ideal Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
  • High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM applications preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business and management strongly preferred
