New Job Sales Manager Logistic In Andhra Pradesh

Job Responsibilities: Managing day-to-day operations and sourcing Delivery Boys, Vendors for Deliveries.

Fleet Management-managing team of delivery boys/other vehicles engaged in delivery of goods.

Working with vendors to improve service levels, operational efficiency, and costs. Improving processes to reduce delivery timeline.

Costing analysis and finding ways to reduce cost of Operations.

Recruitment of manpower and vendors for managing different processes of supply chain management.

Managing collection received from COD Operations at Pan India Level.

Managing customer support team to reduce delays or cancellation of orders by customer.

Recruitment of Manpower to execute logistic Operations. Supporting technology team by giving input on new initiatives and competitors’ activities.

Identifying loopholes in current operations, Benchmark via secondary research, Analyze future trends in E-Commerce operations, Change management & Technological enablement Sales - Up Sell: Visiting new companies and working on increasing the business from the existing & new institutional client.

Making plans to increase employee’s head count in Andhra Pradesh on Eternal HR’s Payroll.

Reviewing existing contracts and looking for growth in terms of rates. Hunting: Meeting and generating new business with help of Business Associate.

Attending and organizing retail seminars. Operations:

Meeting customer in regular interval of time for taking their feedback and complaints if any.

Maintaining and developing the customer database and doing follow ups for delivery of consignments on time.

Projects: Independently working on the special services PRIORITY & TRUE TO TIME

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
